Deeper than the surface.

We treat training as more than a sport. It is a connection that runs deeper than the surface, one that develops the individual and builds a community at the same time.

Our mats hold people from every background and every starting point: complete beginners in their first week, parents training beside their children, competitors preparing for the next tournament. The room is the same for all of them, and so is the standard.

04/Kids BJJ

Small people,big lessons.

Jiu Jitsu gives a child something a screen never will: the experience of being uncomfortable, working through it, and finding out they are tougher than they thought.

Three age bands, four to fourteen, so nobody trains with a partner twice their size. Four to six learn to move, to listen and to fall safely. Seven to nine learn the positions properly. Ten to fourteen train close to how the adults do, and many of them compete.

Parents watch from the side of the mat, and can train in the adult class that follows. Belts, stripes and attendance are visible on the guardian account, so you can see how the term is really going.

Ages 4 to 6

Movement, listening and confidence, in 45 minutes.

Ages 7 to 9

The positions, taught properly and drilled with a partner.

Ages 10 to 14

Adult structure at a teenager's pace, competition optional.

Kids class, ages 4 to 14
05/What we stand on

Unite

We cultivate a sense of belonging, so every student is not just a member but part of the community.

Inner strength

Through empowerment, acceptance and encouragement we embrace what makes each person different.

Self balance

Training that keeps the body and the head in the same place, and holds you to your own standard.

Empower up

The room lifts the person, the person lifts the room. That is the whole method.
