I can't sign in
Forgot password
Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. The reset email arrives from MatPilot within a minute or two; check spam if it doesn't. The link sets a new password on the spot.
The invite was never finished
If a member was added but never set a password, sign-in can't work yet. Staff can resend the invitation from the member's profile; the fresh email contains everything needed to finish setup.
"Your session expired"
A pink banner asking you to sign in again is normal after a long time away; sign in and everything is exactly where it was. Nothing is lost.
Wrong account type
Signed up with Google or Apple? Use the same button every time. A password typed into a Google-created account will never match; the Continue with Google or Continue with Apple button is the way in.
