“Has Oisin been training?” is a question, not a navigation problem.
The in-app assistant answers guardians about their own children with real data: attendance counts, last-attended dates, current rank, upcoming bookings — across academies, in one question. It works for training parents and for non-member guardians alike.
The privacy line is hard
The assistant only discusses children linked to your guardian email. Ask about anyone else's child — or any other member — and it declines. The same live verification that protects the family portal applies to every AI answer.
