Kiosk walk-in enrolment for kids

The busiest moment at any gym: a new family at the door, class about to start, nobody free at the desk. The kiosk handles all of it.

The kiosk's I'm new here flow enrols a walk-in child end to end — details, guardian, paperwork, even first check-in — without staff touching a thing.

The form knows it's a child

As soon as the date-of-birth wheel lands on an under-18 year, the form reveals a Parent / guardian full name field and requires it. The email entered is the parent's — it becomes the account email, receives the set-password link, and powers the family portal.

Paperwork before training

If your academy has required documents, the kiosk walks the parent through each one right there — see how guardians sign at the kiosk. A questionnaire-style PAR-Q is deliberately left for the app (it needs real answers, not a blanket agree); the desk can waive it when appropriate.

Straight onto the mats

If a class is about to start, the final step offers it for immediate check-in. The child's trial starts, the parent gets the email, and everyone's where they wanted to be: training.
