Charge everyone on the same day (prorated billing)

Want everyone to pay on the same day each month instead of on their own signup date? Turn on Settings -> Billing -> Charge everyone on the same day.

How it works

• Pick a collection day — 1st, 15th, or 28th.
• A member who signs up mid-month pays a prorated amount now for the rest of the month, then the full price on your chosen day going forward.

Example: someone joins on the 15th on a €140/month plan -> they pay about €70 today, then €140 on the 1st, and €140 on the 1st every month after.

Good to know

• Applies to monthly membership plans.
• Plans with a free trial keep their trial (the two don't combine).
• If Xero is connected, the prorated payment appears there automatically like any other.
