Cut your fees with direct debit
Direct debit costs far less to process than a card. Moving members from card to direct debit lowers your fees every month, and members keep paying the same price.
See the opportunity
On the Payment fees screen (Gym, then Money), the card-vs-direct-debit card shows what your card payments cost in fees and what the same payments would cost on direct debit, and the saving.

Why it is cheaper
A card fee is a percentage of every payment plus a fixed fee, and more for cards from outside the EEA. SEPA direct debit is a low flat fee per payment. On a €120 membership that is often the difference between roughly €2 and €0.35.
Move members over
- Tap Reward switchers to open the Direct debit screen.
- Ask your card payers to switch. They do it themselves in their billing portal, so you never see their bank details.
- Reward the ones who switch. See "Reward members for switching to direct debit" for the how-to.
Good to know
- The saving shown is based on your real card fees versus direct debit, not a flat guess.
- Members keep paying the same price. Only your processing cost changes.
