Enrolling siblings on one email

Twins at the karate trial. One email between them. Both need to exist.

One member per email used to mean the second sibling silently vanished into "already a member". Now every child on a parent's email is a profile of their own beside the others: distinct member, distinct rank, distinct attendance, distinct paperwork.

How the desk does it

Nothing special: enrol each child normally with the same parent email (front desk or kiosk). MatPilot creates a profile per child automatically. The same name twice is treated as a retry rather than a new child, so a genuine re-enrolment never spawns a duplicate.

The parent's side

One login, every child under My family. The parent's own account is never one of the children's: it is theirs, with their name on it, whether or not they train here.

There is one bill, not one per child. The family's plan lives on Households, where a second and third child ride the same subscription as add-on lines.
