Attendance for owners

You can't watch every class, so the app watches attendance for you and surfaces what matters.

Where attendance surfaces for you

  • Home screen: the attendance streaks row celebrates your most consistent members, and the morning briefing flags the opposite: members whose attendance is sliding
  • Expected in today: a live count of members expected across today's classes, based on bookings and habits
  • Class rosters: any class, any date, who was there
  • Member profiles: each member's full history, streak, and no-show count

Acting on it

Attendance is your earliest retention signal; people drift before they cancel. The AI co-pilot can nudge quiet members automatically (at most once a month each), and the briefing points you at anyone worth a personal message. A "we missed you" text in week two beats a win-back offer in month two.

Correcting the record

Wrong member, wrong day, forgot to tap in: staff can fix any of it with retroactive check-ins, and every change is written to the audit log.
