One child, two academies

She's grey/white with three degrees across town, and brand new with you. Her grandad follows both from one phone.

When a child holds memberships at more than one MatPilot academy with the same guardian email, the parent's My family shows one card per academy — each with that academy's rank, attendance and next class. Nothing leaks between gyms: your card never shows the other academy's bookings, and their staff never see yours.

Ranks travel, records don't merge

The belt is the belt — if your academy grades the same art, the child's rank carries. Attendance, bookings, documents and billing stay per-academy, which is exactly what both gyms want.

Enrolling a transfer or second-gym child

Enrol normally and put the same guardian email on the Guardian card. The parent's portal picks up the new academy immediately — nothing else to wire up.
