Pairing multiple kiosk tablets

Two mats, two doors, or two locations: one pairing code per tablet, as many tablets as you need.

When to use multiple kiosks

  • Multiple entrances or mats: pair a tablet at each spot so members never queue
  • Multiple locations: each location has its own pairing code and its own class schedule

Pairing several tablets at one location

The pairing code belongs to the location, not to a single device. Generate it once from Settings → Kiosk & invites, then hand that same code to as many tablets as you want at that location. Each tablet pairs independently and gets its own session, there's no limit on how many can share one code.

Pairing a kiosk at a second location

  1. In Settings → Kiosk & invites, switch the location picker to the other location
  2. Tap Enable kiosk for this location to generate that location's own pairing code
  3. Enter it on the tablet at that location

Each location's kiosk automatically shows only that location's classes and members.

What you can't do yet

There's no dashboard listing your paired tablets, no online or offline status, and no per-tablet naming. Tablets aren't managed individually, they're tied to whichever location's code they were paired with.

Removing a tablet

Unpairing happens on the device itself: gear icon on the kiosk home screen, enter the location's pairing code, then tap Unpair. There's no way to remove a specific tablet remotely from the owner app.
