Kiosk display settings
Accessing kiosk settings
Display customisation happens on the paired tablet itself, not from your phone. Tap the gear icon on the kiosk home screen, then enter that location's pairing code to unlock the settings. These preferences are saved to that specific tablet: they aren't pushed to other kiosks and aren't synced from your owner app.

Live preview
The settings screen includes a live preview of the kiosk home screen as you adjust it, so you can see exactly how it will look before walking away from the tablet.
Background image
Choose from a set of illustrated, martial-art themed backgrounds (belt, BJJ, boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai, taekwondo, judo, karate, MMA, wrestling), or none for a plain dark background.
Colours
Set the overlay darkness, the accent colour used for highlights, the gym name and location text colours, the two check-in and sign-up card colours, and the class strip background colour.

Today's classes strip
Toggle whether the bar at the bottom of the home screen, showing today's upcoming classes, is visible.
Gym logo
Your gym's logo, from your organisation profile, appears automatically at the top of the kiosk home screen. There's nothing to upload separately here.
What isn't configurable yet
There's no class filter, member list sorting, custom welcome message text, or idle screen timeout. Walk-in enrolment is always available alongside self check-in, there's no toggle to turn it off independently.
