The kiosk admin panel
Everything staff can change on the tablet lives behind one gear icon and one code.
Getting in
Tap the gear in the corner of the kiosk's welcome screen. The panel is staff only: it asks for the location's pairing code before showing anything, so a member poking at the tablet sees a lock, not your settings.
What's inside
- Confirmation of which gym and location this tablet is paired to
- A live preview of the kiosk that updates as you change settings
- Branding controls: backgrounds, overlay, and the colour kit
- The Show today's classes display toggle
- Unpair this tablet, which returns the device to the pairing screen
Unpairing
Unpair when a tablet is being retired, moved to another location, or repurposed. The kiosk forgets its pairing immediately; re-pairing takes the current code for whichever location the tablet lives at next. Rotating the code from the owner app does not unpair already-paired tablets; it only changes what NEW pairings require.
