Kiosk codes, explained
The pairing code
Each location has a 6-character pairing code, shown on the owner app under Kiosk & invites. It does two jobs: pairing a new tablet, and unlocking the admin panel on an already-paired one. Treat it like a staff key.

Rotating it
Tap New code any time; staff who left, a code that ended up in a members' group chat, or just periodic hygiene. Already-paired tablets keep working; the new code applies to new pairings and future admin unlocks.
The TV code
The TV display pairs with its own separate code from the TV display card. A TV can never unlock kiosk admin, and the kiosk code can never pair a TV; the two systems don't cross.
What members can and can't do
Members at the kiosk never need a code: check-in and walk-in sign-up are open by design, and everything sensitive sits behind the staff code (see Kiosk security and access codes).
