Send signed documents to your OneDrive
What it does
Every waiver, PAR-Q and form a member signs is copied as a PDF into a folder in your OneDrive, as soon as it is signed. Personal OneDrive or OneDrive for Business, whichever your academy already uses.
It is one way only. MatPilot writes documents in and never reads anything else in your drive.
Connect it
- Go to My Academy, then Documents and waivers.
- Tap the OneDrive card at the top.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account and approve the permission Microsoft asks for.
- Choose how you want folders named.
Once it is on, the card on the Documents screen reads Signed documents are going to your OneDrive.
Where the files land
In a folder per member, named the way you chose when you connected. Everything they have ever signed sits together, so pulling one member's paperwork is opening one folder rather than searching.
On a member's profile, a signed document that has reached OneDrive shows a small cloud icon. Tap it to open that exact file in OneDrive.
If Microsoft ends the connection
Microsoft expires the permission from time to time, usually after a password change or a security policy change on your side. When that happens the Documents screen shows Reconnect your OneDrive and tells you new documents are not arriving. Tap it and sign in again.
Nothing is lost while it is disconnected. A copy that could not be delivered is retried automatically once you reconnect, so the backlog fills itself in.
A push never blocks a signature
If OneDrive is down, slow, or disconnected, the member still signs and the document is still stored in MatPilot. The copy is queued and retried in the background. Signing never waits on Microsoft.
