The visitors form, and what a drop-in costs
A visitor is not a member. They train once, or for a week, and what you need from them is different: their name, an emergency contact, a signed waiver, and often a fee. The visitors form is that, on its own link.
Where it is
Marketing, then Visitors intake form. It has its own publish switch, its own link, its own QR code and its own questions, separate from the members' intake form. Turning one on or off never touches the other.
Publish it and you get a link to send, and a QR code to print. A visitor fills it in on their phone before they arrive, or at the door.
What a visit costs
Set a drop-in fee on the form and it is shown on the public page, so nobody turns up expecting free mat time and nobody has an awkward conversation at the desk. Leave it empty and the form says nothing about money.
The fee is collected in person, the way you already take a payment at the desk. The form's job is to make the amount known before somebody has driven across town.
What you get back
The visitor lands on your Members list like any other arrival, with what they answered and their signed waiver attached. If they come back a third time and want to stay, they are already there: give them a plan and they are a member.
