MatPilot is committed to making its app usable by as many people as possible. This page describes the accessibility features currently supported in the MatPilot iOS and Android app, and our ongoing plans.

MatPilot respects the Larger Text setting on both iOS (Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Larger Text) and Android (Settings → Accessibility → Font Size). Increasing the system font size scales text throughout the app to your preferred size, including on menus, class cards, member profiles and notifications.
The MatPilot app uses a dark colour scheme throughout. A dark interface reduces eye strain in low-light environments and is the preferred display mode for many users with light sensitivity or visual fatigue.
The app is built on a high-contrast black and white palette, meeting WCAG AA contrast ratios for body text and interactive elements. Primary actions and key information use white on black or black on white to ensure legibility without relying on colour alone.
We are actively working to expand accessibility support. Areas on our roadmap include:
