Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to see the personal data we hold about you and to ask us to delete some or all of it. This page explains those rights, how to make a request, and what to expect. You can act on most requests yourself by signing in below with the same email and password you use in the MatPilot app.
Prefer email? Send your request to admin@matpilot.io from the address on your account, or include enough detail for us to verify your identity.
You don't have to delete your whole account to exercise your right to erasure. You can ask us to delete specific categories of data, for example your class attendance history, intake-form answers, uploaded documents, saved devices, notification preferences, or your chat threads, and keep using MatPilot. Choose exactly what to remove in the Delete specific data panel below.
Some records are kept even after a deletion request because we are legally required to, or have an overriding legitimate interest:
Where we keep data for these reasons, we keep the minimum needed and protect it accordingly.
Use the same email and password as the MatPilot app. We never see your password. Sign-in goes directly to our identity provider.
Signed in with Google in the app? Email admin@matpilot.io from your Google address and we'll handle your request.
We'll gather the personal data in your account and email it to you as a JSON file.
Select the categories you want removed. Your account stays active. Billing records and signed waivers are retained where the law requires.
Permanently closes your MatPilot account and erases your personal data. Active subscriptions are cancelled. This cannot be undone.
If you own a gym with other members, you'll need to transfer or wind it down first. We'll let you know if that applies.
