Questions people ask before choosing
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month. Cancel from Settings and it ends at the close of the billing month; nothing is charged after that.
What does 0.49% mean on a €90 membership?
44 cents. On Pro the platform fee on each payment taken through MatPilot is 0.49%, so a €90 membership costs €0.44 in platform fee, plus Stripe's own processing fee. On the Free plan the platform fee is 2%, which is €1.80 on the same payment.
Are there per-member or setup fees?
No. Pro is €79 a month with unlimited members. The Free plan is for small academies and has no setup fee either. Websites carry a setup priced on scope, and on Pro up to €500 of it is waived.
What does a website cost?
€25 a month on top of Pro, wired into the software so the timetable, prices and join links stay live on their own. Standalone, without the management software, it is €49.90 a month.
Can I start free and move to Pro later?
Yes. Everything you set up on Free comes with you: members, classes, documents and payment history. Upgrade from Settings, and the 2% fee drops to 0.49% from the next payment.
