The setup fee is calculated from the scope and complexity of what you ask for, and you get the number in writing before anything starts. For a Pro academy the first €500 of it is on us.
In practice that means a complete academy website, fully integrated with MatPilot and handed over with the editor and full control, rarely goes past the €500 we waive. Where a quote does climb is the exotic stuff: bespoke integrations with other systems, unusual custom features, animated flying unicorns. If that is what you want we will happily build it, and the quote will say exactly what it costs and why.
The monthly fee is the boring part done right: hosting, backups, security, the editor, and a site that keeps working.
