The whole journey, on their phone
Your academy gets a public join link, yours to put in an Instagram bio, a QR code on the door, a WhatsApp reply. Whoever opens it walks a short, honest path: who is joining, which plan, sign the waiver, prove the email, pay. At the end they are not a lead in a spreadsheet. They are a member, with an account, a signed waiver on file and a live subscription.
Why the waiver sits in the middle. Nobody trains at your academy without signing your documents, so the join link refuses to take money from someone who has not. The signed copy is stored against their membership, and emailed to them, before a cent moves.
Families are one payment, not four accounts
A parent signing up two kids used to mean three forms and three subscriptions on three cards, or worse, one vague "family deal" you had to remember by hand. On the join link, the parent adds everyone who is joining and pays once. Underneath, each person keeps their own membership, their own plan and their own price, so your revenue by plan and by discipline stays honest.
Guardianship comes with it: the parent signs the waiver for each child, is recorded as the guardian, and manages the kids' bookings from their own account afterwards.
It offers the right plans, all of them
The link looks at who is joining and shows every plan that genuinely fits: solo plans for an adult alone, junior plans for the kids, family plans the moment two or more people are on the form, every billing interval you sell, monthly to annual. Your cheapest suitable option is recommended, and nothing suitable is hidden.
No money moves before the email is real
Before checkout, the link sends a six-digit code to the address they typed and asks for it back. It sounds small. It is the difference between a member whose receipts, waiver copy and login all arrive, and one locked out of their own account by a typo you will be debugging at the front desk in three weeks.
Where do they land on your side? As a real member: account created, plan active, waiver on their record, and their whole joining story, invite to signature to first payment, on the timeline you see in their profile.
