Billing

One payment for a whole family.

Two kids in Junior BJJ, one parent on the adult timetable: that is three memberships, three receipts, and one household wondering why it pays a gym three times. Family billing collapses the money into one payment without collapsing anything else. Everyone underneath keeps their own membership, plan, price and record.

One card, many memberships

One parent is the payer. They pay once a month, on one card, through one subscription, and it covers themselves, every child, or both. Underneath that single payment nothing is merged: each covered person keeps their own membership, own plan, own price, own attendance and belt record. The family shares a payment, not an identity.

S Sarah the payer one card, one charge a month ONE SUBSCRIPTION, ONE LINE PER MEMBER Sarah · Adults Unlimited · €110 own plan, own attendance, own belt record Finn · Junior BJJ · €60 own plan, own attendance, own belt record Niamh · Junior BJJ · €60 own plan, own attendance, own belt record
A payment, not a merger. Sarah pays for three memberships, and each of the three stays a full membership in its own right.

One charge, itemised

The subscription carries one line per member. The payer sees exactly who costs what, and you see exactly which plan each line belongs to. One charge lands on the card; nothing is blended anywhere else.

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP · MONTHLY Sarah · Adults Unlimited €110.00 Finn · Junior BJJ €60.00 Niamh · Junior BJJ €60.00 Total, charged once €230.00 ONE CHARGE
The card sees €230, once. The books see three members on two plans, each at their own price.

Your reports stay honest

This is where family discounts usually go wrong. Lump a household into one flat family plan and your revenue by plan and by discipline dissolves into a number nobody can attribute. Because MatPilot keeps one line per member, revenue reporting by plan and by discipline stays exactly as accurate as individual billing. Sarah counts under Adults Unlimited, Finn and Niamh count under Junior BJJ, and every chart still means what it says.

WHAT YOUR REPORTS SHOW €110 · 1 member Adults Unlimited €120 · 2 members Junior BJJ WHAT YOU NEVER GET €230 one lump family number no plan, no discipline, no member behind it
Attribution survives the discount. Every euro still belongs to a named member on a named plan, so plan and discipline reports read the same as individual billing.

It bends as the family changes

You can assemble a family basket and send it to the payer, or the payer sets it up themselves. Later, the payer can add a member or remove one, and the price adjusts. And when a covered member grows up and starts their own subscription, they leave the family payment cleanly: their line ends, everyone else's carries on.

Family payment €230 / mo one line per member A member joins their line is added, the price goes up AUTOMATIC Starts their own subscription their line ends, the price drops AUTOMATIC Nobody cancels the family to change the family. The next charge simply reflects who is covered.
In and out without ceremony. Adding a member raises the price, a member leaving for their own subscription lowers it, and both happen without rebuilding anything.

Kids never touch money. A child covered by a family payment never sees a price, never enters a card, and never needs a login for billing. The payer holds the entire money side.
