After a walk-in enrolment
The tablet did the paperwork; here's the baton pass to your team.
What just happened
The moment a walk-in finishes the I'm new here flow:
- A member record exists with their name, email, and date of birth (if given)
- Every required waiver is signed, with a timestamp
- Any default walk-in trial you've configured (a free period or a class count) is applied automatically
- They receive an email invite to set a password, so the app is theirs from day one
- Under 18? A parent or guardian's details were captured during sign-up

What staff should do
Nothing is required; the person can train immediately. What's worth doing: a proper hello, adding them to tonight's class if they came to watch one, and noting how they found you. Their profile is already in Members like anyone else's.
The follow-up that converts
A walk-in on a trial is your warmest lead. When the trial runs low, the app flags it, and a one-tap plan assignment (or a word from the coach) turns the visit into a membership; see Welcoming visitors and charging drop-in fees for the paid-visit variants.
