The kiosk check-in flow, tap by tap
The whole journey is three taps; here's each screen a member sees.
1. Find your name
The member taps I'm a member and types a few letters. Matching members appear with their belt, so two people with the same first name can tell themselves apart.
2. Pick your class
If more than one class runs today, the kiosk asks which one they're here for. One class scheduled? It's a single obvious tap.
3. You're in
A green confirmation with their name and class, then the kiosk returns to the welcome screen by itself, ready for the next person. The check-in is already on the class roster, on the TV display if you run one, and in the member's history.
When it doesn't go smoothly
Unsigned waivers pause the flow until they're signed, suspended or frozen memberships are blocked with a polite message to see the desk, and anything the kiosk can't resolve is a ten-second job for staff check-in.
