Phone pricing. One number, one price, minutes you can see.
Your academy's own number inside MatPilot, answered by whoever is on the desk with the caller already named. One monthly price per number, then usage by the minute, billed with the rest of MatPilot.
Prices in euro for academies in Ireland. Prices in dollars for the United States.

Everything a number costs, per month and per minute.
An assistant that answers when nobody can, in your academy's own voice.
Text members and leads from your academy's own number.
These are the current rates. The price in the app is the price you pay: an academy priced differently is shown its own rates there.
Fair use: incoming calls from Irish numbers are unlimited up to 1,500 minutes a month, shared across all your numbers. Calls from abroad are charged by the minute, and these terms may change. Expecting more? Email support@matpilot.io and we will raise your limit.
- Every leg is billed per started minute, the way the carrier bills us: a 24-second call counts as one minute.
- Phone is a monthly subscription of its own, paid when you turn it on. Usage goes on its next invoice, itemised by kind, so a bill reads as minutes rather than a lump.
- Set a monthly spending limit in Settings and outgoing calls stop at it. Incoming calls never stop.
- Voice calls and WhatsApp messages today. SMS is coming soon.
- Bring your existing business number by number porting: email support@matpilot.io to start it. It takes four to six weeks, depending on the country. WhatsApp is not ported.
Questions
Is there a contract?
No. Phone is billed month to month as a subscription of its own, with no minimum term.
Do the included minutes pool across numbers?
Yes, into one pool for the whole academy: 100 outgoing minutes a month, however many numbers you have. An additional number adds no minutes. Calls out to Irish numbers draw on the pool. Incoming calls never do: they are unlimited. Nor do forwarding, calls abroad or the assistant.
Can I bring my existing number?
Yes, a business number, by number porting. Email support@matpilot.io to start it. Porting takes four to six weeks depending on the country, so you can take a new number, live in days, while it goes through. WhatsApp is not ported: it runs on a MatPilot number of its own. A new Irish number needs the regulator to approve your business details first, which takes two to five working days.
What does an academy actually pay in a month?
One number. Calls answered in MatPilot are unlimited, however many there are. Calls out to Irish numbers use the 100 included minutes and run 20 past them, to mobiles. Another 30 minutes were forwarded to a staff mobile, which is never included: €25, plus €3.00 of outbound and €6.00 of forwarding, €34.00 in all.
