The Kukkiwon ladder from white through yellow, green, blue and red to black; the ITF ladder with each tip as a grade of its own, white with yellow tip through red with black tip. Dan from first to ninth. Every promotion is recorded with the date and who awarded it.

Put the test on the calendar, invite the candidates, score each one on the day, promote from the scorecard and hand over a diploma with a QR code anyone can verify. The new belt lands on the profile the moment you tap it.

Attendance towards the next belt
Students check in from the app or at a kiosk by the door, instructors mark the roster, and every class lands on the profile. Before a test, the shortlist reads attendance and time at the current belt, with any note an instructor left, and sorts the school into strong, review and possibly overlooked.

Kicks, blocks and stances by name
The library holds taekwondo's kicks, hand techniques and stances by name. Write the syllabus per belt, attach it to a class, tick what you taught, and every student who was there gets it on their record.
By the time a red belt is up for black, the profile shows what they have practised, not only how long they have paid.
Billing a school actually has
A parent pays once for every child on one subscription split per plan. Kids and adult classes are gated by age. A visitor buys a single class without joining. A seminar with a visiting master sells through one link, waiver signed before the card.

Questions taekwondo schools ask
Does the ITF ladder treat a tip as a grade?
Yes. White with yellow tip, yellow with green tip and so on are each a rank of their own, exactly as the ITF writes them, so a student is never two tests away in the app when they are one test away on the mat.
What about junior black belts?
A junior black belt is recorded as a black belt with its dan. The conversion from a junior grade to a full dan at the federation's age is your federation's rule, so the school records it when it happens rather than the app guessing.
Can it tell me who is ready to test?
No, and on purpose. It shows you the record: attendance, time at the current belt, what they have practised and any flag an instructor raised, sorted into strong, review and possibly overlooked. The decision stays with the master, and nothing here is visible to the student.
How does a family with three children pay?
Once. One parent, one subscription, one line per child at that child's plan. Add a child, the payment grows; a child stops, it shrinks. The parent sees every child's belt and attendance in the app.
What does it cost a 60-member a school?
