Built for a US school. Flat price, no member tiers.
$79 a month whether you have 40 students or 400, cards or ACH bank debit into your own Stripe account, and the belt system for every art you teach. Sales tax added where it applies.
Free plan for small academies. Pro is $79 a month plus 0.49% on payments, unlimited members, no contract.
American gym software tiers its price by head count: $75 to $200 a month for the same software, plus 2 to 3% of every payment. Growing your school raises your bill twice.
MatPilot is $79 flat, uncapped, with a 0.49% platform fee on Pro and every dollar settling in your own Stripe account.
Your bill does not grow because your school did.
Four things that only matter if your school is here.
Dollars, cards or ACH, in your own account
Members pay by card or ACH bank debit through Stripe, and the money settles into your own Stripe account and on to your bank. In the US the two rails are not close: 2.9% plus 30 cents on a card, 0.8% capped at $5 on ACH. MatPilot works out what your card payers cost you last month and what the same members would have cost on ACH.
ACH is switched on once, in your Stripe dashboard, and a member sets it up from the app.

Flat, uncapped, 0.49%
The price is $79 a month on Pro with no cap on members and no per-member fee, plus 0.49% of each payment on top of Stripe's own. On $10,000 of memberships a month that is $49, where a 2 to 3% platform takes $200 to $300.
The Free plan is $0 with a 2% platform fee, for a school that is just starting.

A rank per art, for every art you teach
The IBJJF belt ladder for adults and kids, nine karate style ladders, the WT and ITF taekwondo ladders, judo kyu and dan, and no rank at all for wrestling, boxing and Muay Thai, because those arts have none. A student holds a rank in each art they train, and every promotion is dated.
The promotion shortlist is for coaches only. It never says ready.

Families and waivers
One parent pays once for every child on one subscription split per plan. A guardian signs the waiver for a minor from their own phone before the first class, kids and adult classes are gated by age, and a minor's photo needs a guardian's consent.
An emergency contact sits on every profile, and the roster can be filtered by who has none.

Questions US schools ask
Do you support ACH?
Yes, through Stripe, alongside cards, once you switch ACH on in your Stripe dashboard. A member sets it up once in the app and the monthly payment collects on its own; failed collections are retried and chased by the dunning flow.
Is there a per-student fee?
No. Pro is $79 a month whether you have 40 students or 400, plus 0.49% of payments taken through MatPilot. The Free plan is $0 with a 2% platform fee.
Where is my students' data?
In the EU, in AWS's Stockholm region, under European privacy law, with export and erasure handled from the app. Payments stay in your own Stripe account in the US.
Is support in US hours?
Support runs from Dublin, which is morning to early afternoon on the East Coast, from the help center or the app. The help center itself answers most questions at any hour.
What does it cost a 60-member a school?
On Pro, $79 a month plus 0.49% of payments taken through MatPilot: about $49 on $10,000 of monthly memberships, plus Stripe's own processing. On the Free plan the platform fee is 2% and there is no monthly charge.
