MatPilot beside the platforms you are already looking at.
Eight comparisons, one table each: the monthly price and what sets it, the contract and the notice period, the fees on payments, and whether the software knows what a belt is. Each page tells you where the other product fits you better.
Every column is read from the vendor's own pricing and martial arts pages on 14 September 2026, and each page links to them.
One page per platform.
MatPilot vs Zen PlannerTiered by active members with add-on modules, against one flat price. Both track belts; only one connects Xero.
MatPilot vs MindbodyA per-location price with fixed terms and a consumer marketplace, against a flat monthly price with none. Different products for different needs.
MatPilot vs KicksiteTwo martial arts specialists: one priced by student count, one flat. Both track belts and check students in at a kiosk.
MatPilot vs GymdeskBoth month-to-month with no exit fee. One tiers by active members and adds the app and locations on top; one is flat with family billing built in.
MatPilot vs WodifyMonth-to-month on both sides. Wodify prices per location with an onboarding fee and hides the upper tiers; MatPilot is one flat price with no fee to start.
MatPilot vs PushPressBoth have a free plan; the difference is what the free plan charges on each payment, and what the paid one costs after that.
MatPilot vs TeamUpTwo contract-free products that both sell in pounds and euros. TeamUp scales its price with active customers; MatPilot does not, and knows what a belt is.
MatPilot vs GlofoxA quoted price with reported annual terms and a branded app at its centre, against a published price with no term and a rank per art.
About these pages
Why compare at all, and why say where the other product wins?
Because you are about to sign something, and a page that only praises itself is no use to you. Every comparison here gives you the reasons to choose the other product, meant seriously, and a dated note on where the numbers came from.
How current are the prices?
Each page tells you the date its columns were read, and links you to the vendor's pricing page. Prices and terms change: check theirs before you decide, and tell us if you find a cell out of date.
What is the same on every page?
MatPilot's own column, which is what you get: €79 a month on Pro (or $79 in the US) with unlimited members, 0.49% on payments into your own Stripe account, a Free plan at 2%, no contract, no notice period, no setup or exit fee, and a rank per art with the ladders as the federations write them.
